Shri I.M. Pandey has done his Ph. D in Finance from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. Currently, Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), Shri Pandey is also Dean of School of Management, Asian Institute of Technology, (SOM, AIT) Bangkok. Shri Pandey is a Director in the Boards of IFCI, Cochin Shipyard Limited and Indo-Rama, Thailand. In the past, he served as Member of Controller of Capital Issues, Government of India, member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange, member of IDBI Western Advisory Board, and member of board of directors of IDBI-Principal.

Shri I.M. Pandey has carried out research focused on Corporate Finance Policies and practices, strategic finance management and financial market in the emerging economies. He has published several articles in these areas. He has authored ten books, six monographs and many management cases. Shri I.M.
