Shri S. Roy Choudhury took charge as Director-Marketing effective May 2004. Prior to this he was Executive Director, Direct Sales SBU.

Shri S. Roy Choudhury is a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Assam. He commenced his career in the Petroleum Industry with Assam Oil Company, Digboi, a subsidiary of Burma Oil Company. He has held various positions in the company in streams of Refinery, Marketing (Operations), Projects and Sales Division of HPCL. He is well known in the Oil Industry for his knowledge and expertise in the cross Country Pipeline Projects.
