Shri Sankar is a Post Graduate in Chemistry and Development Economics. Shri Sankar has held several assignments for the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the Government of India and international organizations in his 35 years career with the Indian Administrative Service. He has served as Advisor to the Government of India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Tanzania and North Korea on energy policy and as a Leader to the United Nations Team to design Regional Energy Development Programme and the Asian Development Bank’s Regional Energy Survey.
